  • Keep login credentials confidential and secure.

  • Ensure the platform’s security, reliability, and uptime.
  • Provide support and assistance to users when needed.

Termination:

AffCo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if there is any violation of our terms or misuse of the platform.

3. Compliance and Regulatory Policies

AffCo helps property owners and managers meet their affordable housing compliance requirements by automating the monitoring and reporting processes.

Compliance Monitoring:

Our platform tracks compliance with affordable housing statutes such as income thresholds, rental limits, and other regulatory requirements. We help property owners and managers stay compliant by automating reporting processes to regulatory bodies.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

AffCo offers flexible subscription plans and is committed to customer satisfaction. Should you need to cancel, please refer to the following guidelines.

Refund Policy:

Full refunds are available within 30 days of subscription activation. After 30 days, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for unused subscription periods.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer support at support@affcohousing.com. Services will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Data Retention Policy

AffCo retains data as long as necessary to meet legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations.

Data Retention Timeline:

Upon request, AffCo will securely delete your data, including resident and property information, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
